1. Eligibility for Returns

Products are eligible for return only if the item is determined to be unrepairable.

All returns must be submitted in the original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Refund Process

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, Westido will initiate the refund process.

Refunds will be issued within 14 working days of approval.

All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
3. Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
