We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Customers may request a return within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Because our products are furniture items that require careful handling and transport, all returned sofas must be sent back in their original packaging with proper protective packing materials to prevent damage during transit.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.

  • The sofa must be unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, accessories, and protective materials must be included.

  • Products that are damaged due to improper repacking may not be eligible for a full refund.

We strongly recommend safely packing the item exactly as it was delivered to ensure a secure return process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued within 48 hours to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping or handling charges (if any) may be non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or delivery issue.

  • Processing time by banks or payment providers may vary after the refund is initiated.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may be declined if:

  • The product is returned without original packaging.
