Payment Returns and Product Issues
Can I return goods I have opened or assembled?
Engineered wood products once assembled cannot be replaced.
Products can be returned with your original receipt, original box packing but should be disassembled. Depending on the condition of the items, the value and method of refund would be at the discretion of the store.
Can a different account be credited with a refund?
A refund has to be made to the original card used for payment.
Do you provide extra or replacement fittings?

I’m missing part of a product I’ve just purchased.
Please mail us at email@example.com with your invoice copy and brief us about the product/item missing and we will dispatch the product/item the following day.
